21 year old boy with recurrent UTI, pain abdomen and fever 
Evaluated and found to Non functioning pyelonephritic kidney 
Surgically challenging because of adhesions and double renal artery 
Successful laparoscopic nephrectomy done and patient relieved from infective focus.

Specimen of pyelonephritic non functioning kidney with double renal artery removed after laparoscopic nephrectomy.

Arterio-venous fistula for dialysis in a C..K.D Patient with poor venous anatomy in left hand helps in keeping patient free of Venus catheter which is source of infection in long term and morbidity

This patient had no cephalic vein to be used so a
Difficult and extensive Basilic vein Transposition from medial course to new lateral course done in left hand to preserve right hand via basilic vein and brachial artery (end to side) anastomosis

Did radical cystectomy with radical hysterectomy with bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection and ileal Conduit 
Very extensive and technical surgery,
Histopathology showed negative surgical margin

laparoscopic nephrectomy in a non functioning rt kidney due to chronic neglected obstruction from renal stone done intraoperative 
Peri renal inflammation makes this case very challenging to delineate hilum.
But a successful surgery is performed.
